The main vitamins deficient before surgery are: vitamin A, vitamin D, thiamine, cyanocobalamin, folic acid, and vitamin C. Regarding minerals, iron, zinc, selenium, and copper deficiencies are very common in the bariatric preoperative period.
How to use:
1 Capsule daily. Follow the nutritionist's instructions.
Swallow with water.
Because our Barimix contain both water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins, it's generally recommended to consume them with a meal. This can improve the absorption of certain nutrients while reducing the risk of gastrointestinal discomfort, which can otherwise occur when taking a multivitamin on an empty stomach. It's not recommended to take them with dietary supplements and calcium-rich foods.
