Amino-aid is a natural supplement composed of branched-chain amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine), associated with Vit. B6 (which plays a decisive role in protein metabolism).
The main functions of BCAAs are:
- Maximize protein anabolism.
- They oxidize at the muscular level, producing energy, while delaying fatigue.
- They promote tissue reconstruction in the event of injuries (construction role) and the inhibition of muscle wear and tear resulting from intense training (protective function).
- Increase blood levels of branched-chain amino acids during exercise, thus helping to delay fatigue.
Likewise, it is noted that the ingestion of branched-chain amino acids in the first hour after training promotes muscle reconstruction, as the muscles are more eager to capture these amino acids preferentially over the rest.

Instructions for use:
- During periods of normal physical activity, 3 tablets after training.
- During periods of intense training, 6 tablets after training.
- As a power activator, take 6 tablets of AMINO-AID 1/2 hour before training.
- To maximize absorption, it is recommended to take it on an empty stomach. It should not be used as the sole source of protein in the diet, but rather to enrich it.
