Marnys® Pumpkin Seed Food Oil contains Pumpkin Seed Oil obtained by cold pressing of Curcubita pepo. This method of production guarantees the optimum condition of all its properties. Marnys® Pumpkin Seed Food Oil has a minimum content of 40-62% linoleic acid (Omega 6) and 18-38% oleic acid (Omega 9).
Pumpkin seeds are rich in protein, unsaturated fatty acids, phytosterols and essential minerals such as Zinc (Zn), Potassium (K), Calcium (Ca), Magnesium (Mg), Iron (Fe), Copper (Cu) and Phosphorus (P). The oil content of Pumpkin Seeds is approximately 40-60% and consists mainly of oleic, linoleic and stearic acids. On the other hand, its protein content is approximately 45-46%, and this amount will reach 55-56% after extracting the oil.
