This nutritional supplement contains a daily dose of Dong Quai, a traditional Chinese plant that combats symptoms associated with premenstrual syndrome and menstrual disturbances (amenorrhea and dysmenorrhea). Dong Quai can relieve menstruation disorders by acting on smooth muscle and hematopoiesis. Additionally, invigorating properties are attributed to it and it is one of the few vegetable sources of vitamin B12.
