It contains camphor and eucalyptus which makes its fragrance between lavender and rosemary. Through massage it helps to relax the muscles and with inhalation it helps to soften the airways. It is also a good insect repellent especially for flies. It has antibacterial and antifungal properties, has a calming effect, which helps to facilitate sleep, and is excellent in states of anxiety and stress.
Instructions for use:
-Orally: Take 1 to 2 drops twice a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in plant infusion.
-Skin: Massage, bath: Apply 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
-Diffusion: Apply 5 to 10 drops according to preference or the size of the room.
