Applications
Biotona Chia seeds can be added to bread and pastries, muesli for breakfast and salad for lunch. It can also be used in smoothies in combination with fruit juices, (vegetable) milk or yoghurt. Once the Chia seeds are submerged in water, they form a gelatinous substance that can serve as the basis for a good number of recipes, such as Chia pudding.
