Biogra Golden flax 250g

It has a satiating effect so it helps us control appetite. It is also a natural alternative to eliminate toxins from the body (diuretic effect), excess fluid and regulate intestinal transit.

It has a great capacity of hydration that makes it suitable for making puddings and in any case should be taken with plenty of liquid. Flax seeds are a good option to complement nutritionally and to decorate many dishes and foods. For muesli it is recommended to grind the seeds and for pudding to pre-soak them in water or vegetable drinks. They can also be taken in infusions by adding 30 grams of seeds per litre of water, boiling for approximately 5 minutes, leaving to stand for about 10 minutes and filtering through a sieve.
